Here at SCE, we recognize the strength in every individual, and we can’t wait to see what you can do.
“We believe diversity and inclusion inspires creativity, innovation and a sense of pride among our workforce, the communities that we serve and the suppliers in the marketplace. We strive to create an inclusive culture where everyone thrives.”
Natalie Schilling, senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Edison International and Southern California Edison (SCE).

Continuing our long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we make certain there are no barriers for those who are differently abled–starting with our application process and beyond. We’re committed to giving everyone the opportunity to shine.

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
ABILITIES BEYOND LIMITS AND EXPECTATIONS (ABLE)
ABLE is an SCE Employee Resource Group, championing inclusivity and community for SCE employees with disabilities and family members or caregivers of individuals with disabilities. Through their work via education and shared stories, they unite employees and families of individuals with disabilities, helping to promote inclusion and ensuring everyone is valued for their abilities and contributions.
CAREGIVERS CONNECT
We know that caregivers need help too – and Caregivers Connect is an SCE Employee Resource Group that provides advocacy and resources for various types of families, such as families with a new child or aging parents. This group empowers employees by providing a support system and fostering a culture of inclusion – allowing caregivers to be successful without compromising family life or professional commitment.
